With the growing emphasis on the construction of spiritual civilization, more and more cultural variety show appears on the TV screen, then vigorously promoting the spread of excellent traditional culture has become the responsibility of every TV media worker. Production of the television programs prevalence of "follow suit" "homogenization" and other phenomena, leading the audience to growing sense of fatigue and exclusion. It becomes particularly important to delve into the production and dissemination of creative strategies of the cultural TV program to avoid similar problems. If a good TV program file wants to be accepted and supported by more viewers, the dissemination of ideas and programs are inseparable, as well as that the program’s content should have a great attraction for visitors.This essay consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction, this section includes topics background, current research. It explains the significance of the main content and research, then does detailed summary, according to the argument of the article and the relevant papers, then simply points out the research method and innovation of this article’s conception.The first chapter outlines the cultural class television variety show, focusing on the type of program definition and connotation, then systematically combs the social function, development, dissemination and other aspects of such kind of program.The second chapter explains the problems of cultural class TV variety show in detail, pointing out the problems in the existing program.Only a correct understanding of the existing problems could avoid the same problem in the creation process, and make the program get quality-oriented development in the future.The third chapter analyzes Creative Strategies of cultural class variety show on TV. It conducts comprehensive finishing studies to the creation of cultural TV program, by positioning strategy of the program, the content of innovation, form innovation and marketing innovation.The fourth chapter analyzes the distribution system of this type of program from spreading elements, communication strategies and dissemination of results,combining several cases to discuss the above parts respectively.The conclusion part prospects the development of the cultural class TV variety show in the future. We should grasp the direction of the dissemination and ideas, and fully integrate a variety of media to avoid other problems appeared in other types ofprogram.The cultural class variety show on TV are constantly enriched both in quantity and form at present, and the audience also affirmed their favorite programs. Overall,although the creativity and the dissemination of cultural TV programs got certain progress and improvement comparing with the previous terms, there are still some deficiencies and shortcomings. Based on the complete analysis of cultural class television variety show on the current situation, it is urgent to find the key problem and countermeasures.
