The safety of power supply is an important work for the safety production of the powersupply enterprises. The pecification for use of the security apparatus is a major factor ininfluencing the safety of power supply. At present, the management with the securityapparatus in the power supply enterprises almost adopt the manual way, by which theinventory of the security apparatus, the test and srapped instrument can’t be monitored in timeso that the risk in the use of abused or non-standard instrument is increased greatly. Thus itmay make the influence in the safety production of the power supply enterprises. So, it is verynecessary to design and implement a security apparatus monitoring and management systemof the power supply enterprises.Aimed at the problem of the management in the security apparatus and based oncontacting with the customers deely, firstly,this paper summaries the users’ service needs;Secondly,the detailed requirements analysis with the method of OOA is made in this paper.Thirdly, the mixed architecture and main function modules of the system are determined.Lastly, the database of the security apparatus and the software and hardware interfaces aredesigned.Aimed at the problem of the central database synchronization update after the data in thedistributed database changing, a method of data synchronous updating based on messageoriented middleware is presented. By the MOM, both the communication mechanism ofSocket and the technology of multi thread are comprehensively used in this method. The datato be received by the centre database server is temporarily saved in the queue as a datastructure. The processing flow chart and the part of the code is provided. Aimed at therequirements of the data backup in this system, firstly, the commonly used data backupmethods are analyzed and the solution with the hot standby are determined as the data backup methods in the paper. Secondly, Two commonly used hot standby methods are compaerd andanalyzed in the paper. Combined with the requirements, the PlusWell HA hot standbysoftware is selected as the solution of data backup in the paper.At last, the power supply enterprises security apparatus monitoring and managementsystem is implemented with VS2010as programme platform and SQL Server2005asDBMS. The system operation results show that the method of data synchronous updatingbased on message oriented middleware has a stable performance and high efficiency whileguaranteeing the integrity of the data transmission. The PlusWell HA hot standby softwarecan detect various fault injections and make the appropriate processing within a reasonabletime so as to meet the system requirements.
