Design Intelligent Weighing System Based On Profibus-Dp

Design of weighing control system is an important part in intelligent Automobile. In this project, PROFIBUS technology has been introduced into the design of weighing control system, which can adapt want of measure data for veracity, scientific and timeliness of corporate.Firstly, current situation, exiting question and result of net controlling system are analyzed for vehicle intelligent weighting at home. Then, PROFIBUS technique used weighting system is analyzed its feasibility. Knowledge of PROFIBUS technology is introduced in the second chapter, including its basic concepts, characteristic and the inevitability of its development. After that, PROFIBUS technology is analyzed in detail, including the network's construction and management, its hardware and software and the developing method of PROFIBUS. In the third chapter, IC technology is introduced, which plays an important part in intelligent parking control system. It includes its constructer characteristic, applications based on field bus of weighting system. The fourth chapter introduced my thought and system's function. The fifthly chapter describes the distributed control system modules which include contacting between the CPU module with special CMOS chip of slave station, and its working type. The sixth chapter describes software design on main station and slave station.
