Analysis Of The Relationship Between The Number Of Downloads And The Pollutants And Its Influencing Factors

In the age of network, information technology and big data,the disadvantages and limitations of the traditional method based on the cited method are becoming more and more obvious. In this case, a new indicator—download frequency gradually attracted everyone’s attention. The indicator of download frequency has its unique revealing function. In addition, compared to the hysteresis quality of the cited indicators,the advantage of the download frequency is instant available, which can make up the delay of the traditional method based on the citation in a certain extent. Based on the comprehensive influence of the index evaluation system, we should comprehensive apply the download frequency and citation to carry out academic influence evaluation.This paper analyzes the correlation between the download frequency and the citation indicators, and on this basis, comparative analyzes the characteristics the factors affecting the download frequency and the citation through literature analysis, quantitative analysis, cluster analysis and comparative analysis,take the knowledge service literature from 2000—2014 as research object.This paper is divided into six parts. The first two chapters are the theoretical basis and literature review,the relevant theory and research status of academic influence evaluation, altmetrics and the indicator of download frequency number index are summarized. In the third chapter, the paper studies the correlation between the download frequency and the citation from the perspective of the paper and the journals, and analyzed the influence of the year of publication on the correlation between the download frequency and the citation, the result shows that:from the perspective of the paper and the journals, downloads frequency and citation are moderately positive correlation, and the factor of the year of publication has a effect on its relevance. In the fourth chapter, the author makes a comparative analysis of TOP 100 and TOP 100 from the year of publication, the source journal, the author and the fund,and to further explore the reason of the separation of volume, the result shows that:the year of publication, the source journal, and the author of the paper have an influence on the indicator of download frequency and citation, and the factor of the fund has no influence on it. On this basis, the fifth chapter take the whole knowledge service literature from 2000—2014 as research object,compares the influence of the year of publication, the author of the paper and the source journal, on the number of downloads and the cited indicators, verify the conclusions of the fourth chapter. The sixth chapter is the summary of this paper, discuss and summarize the research questions and research prospects.
