Research And Analysis On Public Rental Housing Management Information System In Kunming City

This thesis introduced the background, the significance and the research application status of Kunming public rental house (PRH) managing system. The research content and the main work of the thesis were confirmed clearly. In the operation analysis chapter, the problem, the organization and the old operation flows for PRH managing system were analyzed. The operation flows were created again. The high efficient management system was formed. In the function analysis chapter, the system function was confirmed through the data flows analysis and data dictionary. The total functional framework and the each function module, including the application, the examination, the rock, the selection/distribution, the contract management and system management, were obtained. In the data analysis chapter, the under-processed data of each function module were analyzed. The entity-relation (E-R) diagram was provided. The data base tables, including the application qualification, the guarantee number, the selective sequence number, the house source, the distribution results, the annual check, rental information and backup information, were set up. The data in the tables were designed carefully. Finally, the thesis summarized the research and analysis work and gave the prospect of the next work.
