Dongguan Floating Population And Rental Housing Integrated Management System Analysis And Design

As the combination of the electronic information technology and the administration, e-government has played a big role in modern information. In this paper, we summarized the experience of the job of Floating Population management. After comparing to the traditional system analysis and design method, we used the object oriented method to design and implement this software system which meets the needs in Dongguan. It is being treated as a important elements to study the key technology. According to the population characteristic of Dongguan, it builds up a floating population and rental housing system.It is benefit for Public Security Organs to organize people and fight against crime by using this system. At the same time, it will help the police to carry out birth control, building property right registration, tax administration and urban credit system construction by supporting the data. Scientific and accurate supporting data will be provided to city’s development and management. Through information registration, Criminal suspect will be arrested easier, Crime clues will be learned by police in time and the number of the case which has been cracked down will increase greatly. This system will greatly advance information management standard of the floating people, it’s a big role in response to social security system’s construct.In this paper, the following tasks are completed:①Analyzes the development of floating people and rental housing system at home and abroad; Describes the system’s development background; researches the development status of e-government and analyzed the significance of system.②Analyzes the specific requirements of the system; Analyzes the major roles, use cases, constraints of the system using UML; describes the main work flow.③Designs the functional modules, system architecture and database. After the design stage, the system is achieved by divided into five modules.④Summarizes the paper, points out some problems to be resolved; plans the work to do at the next step.
