Research And Analysis On Information System Of Multimedia Audio - Visual Room Management System In Heshan Vocational School

The thesis is about an information management system with software engineering ideas, which is based on the multimedia resource management of Heshan city occupation technical school, in order to meet the needs of using of resources for teachers and improve management efficiency for the administrators of audio-visual.The thesis details the intrinsic properties of information management system including the introduction, application and sum&prospect. Firstly, it introduces the research background, current status, significance and the contents of system.The second part is the description of system business application. The original and optimized diagrams in business flow chart were given to compare. In term of functional analysis, the general case analysis diagram and the use case analysis are indicated, simultimately attached the descriptions. The function of the system includes the use of multimedia classroom management, loan management, audio-visual equipment, audio-visual equipment repair management, media asset management, announcement management and basic information management with personal functional process.By analyzing the daters, the concept diagram of each business are presented. In aspect of relationship analysis, the diagrams are indicated and the data base structure is established. The end is system sum and prospect.
