| Construction and application of multimedia classroom informatization is an important part of educational informationization. The traditional management model has been unable to meet the rapid development of the network environment. It can not detect and handle multimedia teaching equipment failure timely, hardly records the status of various types of equipment accurately, and is unable to record the use times, maintenance records. These will affect the teaching quality of a university and slow the process of educational informationization finally.Due to the lack of plan systematically, the distribution of the classroom is scattered, and the equipment is too old to maintain, this problems makes the daily maintenance work is very hard. A system of multimedia teaching equipment management need to be developed, the system should be efficient, safe and reliable. It could control all kinds of teaching equipment centrally. and it can classify several kinds of troubles and record the troubleshooting method. It is the base of the knowledge base of equipment common troubleshooting way.Accord to the needs of actual work, developing a management system of Web multimedia teaching which is based on the software engineering idea, JSP technology, UML modeling technology and JDBC(Java DataBase Connectivity) technology. The system not only can control the teaching equipment centrally, but also can track the status and the records of teaching, it can also form a valuable knowledge base, it is convenient for the maintenance management in the later period, so that we can accelerate the process of multimedia teaching equipment information management. |
