Victoria Centralized Alarm Monitoring System Needs Analysis Of Inner Mongolia Telecom Operation

China Telecom Group Corporation Inner Mongolia Branch was founded in November2002, and has12subsidiary corporations. The corporation focused business on the fixed-line network with a small scale. Until2008, with the telecom business restructuring, Inner Mongolia telecom acquired the CDMA network from China Unicom, and became a comprehensive operator with mobile service, data business and fixed communication service. As the network construction and business expand, Inner Mongolia telecom network continues to expand the scale of network, so that the pressure and challenges for network maintenance grow day by day. Especially with current homogeneity competition intensification, product and price as the core has converted to the service first, and "take the customer as the center, take the market as the guide" has become the clear objective for improving the service.Based on the analysis the present situation of Inner Mongolia telecom operation and maintenance management, I study the necessity of improving the operation and maintenance management, and point out the key role of the alarm system optimization during improvement in chapter1. Also, the research method, content and way of studying are shown in this chapter. The second chapter mainly introduces the role of operation and maintenance management in telecom business, as well as the deficiency in the main process, operation and maintenance management in Inner Mongolia telecom. In the third chapter, I clarify the definition, the function and the role of the alarm monitoring system. Meanwhile, I analyze the existing problem in current alarm monitoring system. In the fourth chapter, I mainly focusing on the problems in chapter3, analyze the demand of the concentrated alarm monitoring system in detail.
