With the rapid development of information technology, computer processing and storage is no longer a problem, resulting in ultra-large amounts of data has led to a fundamental change in the new era of the past mode of production. This paper attempts to use some mathematical thinking to analyze standards in visual design and to explore new methods of interdisciplinary analysis in the information age.The first part describes the basic starting point and general misunderstanding of intelligence. The second part is the relationship between the connotation of big data and design. The third part refers to Internet advertising, architecture, finance and investment theories, and discusses how to use the data to set forth the specific design principles and methods regarding design strategy, design execution and design optimization. It is the focus of this paper. The last part is about summary and outlook.The paper is information and large data-centric, based on computer technology, and designed in a way logical analysis calculus.As this paper focus on illustrating the computational design principle, it did not address how to establish efficient data organization, and reasonable access to the process, mathematical model training and other specific aspects of data management technology platform. Mathematical formulas appear in the text have only logical but not algorithm sense.
