| Development of rural culture is an important part of building the road of socialism with Chinese cultural characteristics, which is closely linked with the development and rural quality life of the country. With the new rural construction going, the rural culture has also gotten a considerable development. Rural library is rising from this cultural tide. By the establishment of rural library, people’s spiritual life has greatly enriched, especially the older, but also farmers can develop new ways to get a rich, and legal knowledge can find a new position to become more popular in rural areas.With deep historical roots, Wenjiang District locates in the west central area of Chengdu, which has always been economic, political and cultural powerhouse in the west Sichuan. From 2007 to the end of 2009 to start a pilot, Wenjiang has built 105 rural libraries with speed development, which’ achieves a full coverage of the administrative villages. However, due to natural factors, human factors, policy limiting factors and other aspects, there are many problems can not be ignored, it is worth continued attention.Therefore, the author studies Wenjiang District on the basis of relevant theoretical knowledge, and organizes related literature, using induction and contrast methods to find the development status, problems, proposing corresponding solutions which is good for the further development of the rural library.The thesis is divided into five parts. Chapter 1 Introduction, mainly related to the research background, significance, the main content, research methods, technology roadmap and literature review. The second chapter is the basic theory, mainly related to the public goods theory and the theory of sustainable development. The third chapter is the development status of rural library, mainly related to the development process, available resources, and the achievements. The fourth chapter is the problem and the reasons. The fifth chapter is the suggestions. |
