With the development of global economy and the continuous expansion of China's economic scale,higher requirements have been put forward for product quality supervision in various places.The CIQ2000 management system has been used for many years,but most of the laboratory management business is still carried out manually.The main problems are low work efficiency,difficult implementation of norms,difficult management decision-making and so on.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to improve the efficiency and quality of routine inspection work by means of information management,reforming the business model of inspection laboratory and effectively improving the efficiency and quality of routine inspection work.This paper first analyses the current situation of equipment management in the inspection and measurement center of Nanjing Sanle Group Co.,Ltd.and then designs and develops an experimental equipment management system based on RFID technology.the paper adopts multi-tier architecture based on modular component technology,J2 EE development platform for application system page development,B/S development mode and MVC three-tier architecture for design and development.This operation can ensure that the system has high security and reliability in the process of operation.After comprehensive analysis of this paper,the research contents are as follows:(1)The anti-collision algorithm design of RFID system in multi-objective(multi-experimental equipment)state is studied.A new anti-collision algorithm of label grouping is adopted,which combines it with binary tree search algorithm,and identifies labels in label group in batches by reader system,thus reducing data traffic.(2)Complete the system design work.The system is divided into equipment inquiry,equipment purchases and scrap,equipment management,equipment verification,maintenance-related,event reminder,test arrangement,system management,etc.The data generated in the running of the system is stored and managed by using SQL Server 2012 relational database,and the UML modeling language is used to complete the system design.(3)Complete the system implementation and testing.After the completion of the system design,the implementation and testing of each functional module are carried out.The main functions and performance are tested by black-and-white box test method.After the completion of the test,the main defects and shortcomings are supplemented.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects.Through the implementation and implementation of the laboratory equipment management system,it can provide help for the information management of the inspection and measurement center of Nanjing Sanle Group Company,and provide reference for the design of similar systems.
