Design And Construction Of 'Golden Insurance Project' In Chaoyang City

With further promotion of China's reform and opening up and social modernization construction, the e-government affair has begun to develop. Since 1990s', relevant departments of State Council have set up series of e-government affair systems, among which'Golden Customs Project' and 'Golden Tax Project' as well as office automation and government affairs information construction have been proven to be remarkable success. Chinese Communist Party Central Committee along with State Council approved'Golden Insurance Project' as one of the'Twelve Golden Projects'of e-government affairs construction in August 2002.'Golden Insurance Project' points the direction to the information system construction of labor and social security administration. Advice on the launch of the labor insurance information system construction of Golden Insurance Project'issued in 2003, formed the distribution system of'Golden Insurance Project', and further promoted its development. After long-time preparation, labor insurance information center was officially set up in 2006 in Chaoyang city, which was prelude to'Golden Insurance Project' construction in Chaoyang city.This thesis discusses phase one design and construction of'Golden Insurance Project'in Chaoyang city. Through long-time systematical research and needs analysis, we set up the data center combined five insurances based on Oracle database. C/S structure system platform is introduced to process five insurances, whilst B/S/S structure system platform is introduced to process labor market including public affairs, payoffs of insurances, medical insurance client sites. This project cooperated with Neusoft Company started in May 2009, till now; the whole system is functioning properly and has been receiving favorable feedbacks.
