The Design And Implementation Of Case-handling System For Public Security In Weifang Binhai Economic Development Area

"Golden Shield Project" or "Jin Dun Gong Cheng" is one of the fundamental projects of the country's public security information and the foundation for realization of information processing of police affairs or the digital administration of police affairs. The project includes the following major aspects: 1) the construction of fundamental communicational equipment and network platform of public security affairs; 2)the construction of application system of computer for public security; 3) the construction of information operation administrative and normalization system; 4) the construction of network of public security and the protection system for information security; 5) the construction of norms of information processing and norm-system network for public security and information security protection; 6) the construction of operation administration system and 7)the construction of security monitoring centers of the country's public information network. Among them, system of the whole country is one of the most important constituents. It is the foundation for all other public security information. Its construction directly related to the quality of the whole project and to the application level of our country's electronic government affairs.Firstly, this paper deeply analyses and researches the technology, which is used in the CMIS, and briefly introduces some technologies, which relate to the design and development of case management system. These technologies include oriented-object analysis, relation database and distributed system, which are all used in the paper.Secondly, the paper gives us the detail description of the design and development of case management system, including the overall design, the software hierarchy design and the server design. The system's functional module design includes the requirement of system module and the system procedure model.Finally, this paper introduces the system module design and implementation, including the design and implementation of the authentication module, the design and implementation of case-handling system module and the design and implementation of crystal report module. Each includes function, procedure and interface.The paper solves the problems in real world technology is used in the public security domain on the basis of software engineering theory. The product is novel and practical. The ratio between performance and price meets the demands of client and lowers down the risk of project. It possesses good economic benefit. This project contributes to the electronic government and brings the clear social efficiency.
