Research And Analysis On Graduation Practice Management System Of Zhejiang Industry And Commerce Vocational And Technical College

The topic of this paper is about the design of information management system to realize effective management of students’ graduation practice from Zhejiang Business Technology Institute and to improve the practice teaching effect.The purpose of the research is to design a set of students practice management system based on object-oriented method.This paper takes the graduation practice system of Zhejiang Business Technology Institute as the background of the selected topic. The paper first introduces the research background of the students practice management system, and discusses College-enterprise Joint Cultivation、promoting skills in practice Training methods in the current higher vocational colleges. Then, gives the overview of research and application of the similar system, and clarifies the research objectives and the main work of the research.In this paper,a more thorough and comprehensive analysis of the function of the graduation practice system is made,including out-school internship unit management, assignment management, contract management, practice weekly diary management, report management, summary management, all the six managements. The paper analyzes the process requirements, and find the defects of the original process. And then rebuild the process, make them more efficient.In the business analysis, uses the vertical and horizontal lane activity diagram for role process analysis.In the functional analysis, adopts the object-oriented method, based on the optimized business process, through role analysis and use case analysis, determines the various roles in each business module in the main use cases and second phase cases. At the end,gives the summary of the paper work and thought about the next step of work.
