In our higher vocational college students’training system, graduation design and employment practice are the important courses for student’s ability of their theory, design and practice. For the reason that it’s outside school studying, and very difference from traditional ones, we are face of many problems such as how to synchronize the teaching and studying, how to dynamically survey students’ studying effect, and how to know they making their progress.Aim of this article is to design a system to realize the teaching work of graduation design and employment practice, so called GTIPMS system. Though it’s full of many complex factors, like multi-roles, dispersed, varied contents, we need to move those works to computers, so to make more efficiency for the training system.As well for its routine work, GTIPMS lays emphasis to the overall process of students studying. On the other hand, GTIPMS shares its data to third party systems.Base on the theories and methods of software engineering, this article is going to describe how to build the logical system of GTIPMS step by step, and give the detail procedure. It may be useful cue for future update or other same systems. This article’s main work includes:1. It analyses the current situation and problems of the courses of graduation design and employment practice, points out the necessities and significance to take GTIPMS to execution. The target of GTIPMS is to meet requirements of our teachers and students, move all work of graduation design and employment practice to network.2. Observes current advanced techniques, framework, tools, GTIPMS is going to use MVC design pattern, UML, Ajax, DIPO framework, SQLBridge, and so on. In addition, it uses the swimlanes diagram to describe the relational activities and sequences of GTIPMS system, and the main objects which carries out the activities. This article is to introduce how swimlanes diagram is applied to GTIPMS.3. Uses the object-oriented software analysis and visualized design modeling method to make out solution for GTIPMS, such as requirements analysis, system outline design, architecture design, data design, sub-system design, deploy and reality.4. by the prototype’s developing and coding, it take GTIPMS to execute, and guided by this article, GTIPMS system is tested for its integration. For GTIPMS is an application of WEB, it must to let it be compatible to most popular browsers, after the done work of prototype, we test the system on IE, FireFox, Chrome,360, QQ browser. As a result of the test, GTIPMS is verified to use to real environment.
