This paper mainly studied and analyzed the practice management system of Zhongshan Polytechnic graduate, this management system can greatly promote the automation, informatization, network school office process, and can provide convenience for the relevant functional departments of the management school.The paper firstly introduces the research background of Zhongshan Polytechnic graduation practice management system, the problems need to be solved are summarized, the importance and necessity of the research project is discussed, and the development at home and abroad. At the same time, the use of UML modeling, a variety of UML model management system of graduation practice is introduced, using B/S mode to realize the management information system of seven layers structure. The system generally completed seven management functions, including:practice liability management, post practice management, graduation design management, message communication management, comprehensive statistical management, basic data management and system management.
