Research And Analysis On Graduation Design Management System Of Students In Minxi Vocational And Technical College

The enrollment is increasing with the scale of MINXI Vocational & Technical College continues to expand. The graduation design of the design professional students also stayed in the traditional manual management stage. It had been unable to adjust the modern, efficient office mode; we must change the students’ graduation design management mode. Using information technology, combined with professional needs to develop a students’ graduation design management system, not only to track and record the whole process information, but also to keep the graduation design works, save time and space. From the topic, thesis proposal, supervision and works and achievements management, conveniently for teachers and students to use anytime and anywhere.The article introduced the research background of MINXI Vocational & Technical College students’ graduation design management system, the significance of the project, the current research and application status and cleared the research contents and the main work. In the business analysis, the article introduced the problems in the graduation design, the school’s organization and the original business processes and we presented the optimized business processes.In the functional analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, clears the system function, gives the whole system package diagrams and the sub function package diagrams, including basic information management, graduation design flow management, graduation design topic management, the process management of the graduation design, graduation design management, performance management system of graduation design package diagram. In the data analysis, the article analyzed the process data of each function is required, given the entity class diagrams, established the database table structure. Finally, the article summarized the research and analysis of this system; then prospected the further work.
