Hollywood movie The Avatar brought people into the 3D (Three-dimensional), making more and more people to study 3D technology. Most of the current display technology is confined to flat display, lacking of three-dimensional sense and real sense. Now watching the film is needed to bring 3D glasses, and bring a lot of trouble. The naked eye 3D technology is the ultimate goal of the pursuit, not with 3D glasses on the screen to see the effect of the 3D image, film, games, etc.. This design is the use of parallax liquid crystal barrier (LCS) and the mature of the liquid crystal display (LCD) fitting technology, so that people can use the naked eye to see the effect of the 3D film and so on. Such as complex process technology, the alignment precision directly affects the quality of the product.The main research results of this paper are as follows.Firstly, On the basis of understanding of the 3D display technology principle and the LCS and LCD fitting process, the overall design scheme of the whole alignment device is put forward, and the working principle of each part of the device and the selection of components are proposed.Secondly, according to the production requirements, The hardware design scheme of the PLC control system and the CCD vision system as the core and the stepping motor as the auxiliary, and the software design of the STUDIO KV as the platform, the function of the human computer interaction and the process control are presented.Finally, according to realizing The LCS and LCD automatic alignment, The control program and the improvement of the visual system are written. The purpose of improving the production capacity and fitting precision is achieved.
