Design And Implementation Of ARM-based Microwaye Antenna Automatic Alignment Control System

Microwave communication is widely used in communication field because of its superior features. To ensure the fast and reliable establishment of microwave communication link, the research of microwave antenna automatic alignment system is of great significance. An antenna automatic alignment scheme coordinating omnidirectional antennas with directional antennas and combining coarse alignment with fine alignment is designed in this thesis, which does not need to use compass to locate, not need other supplementary communication means to make contact, and not need to input latitudes and longitudes of both sides to calculate the initial alignment angle, thereby the operational procedures are greatly simplified, and it is simple to use and easy to operate.The thesis begins with an overview of the domestic and overseas research status and trends on microwave communication antennas automatic alignment technology; Next elaborates the overall design of antenna automatic alignment system; And then the architecture of ARM processor is analyzed, and BootLoader is designed and implemented based on reference to open source BootLoader; Afterwards, the design of antenna automatic alignment system is elaborated:including the choice of antenna and cradle head, the design of alignment signal, the analysis of antenna automatic alignment process, and the analysis of control communication design and protocol; Subsequently the hardware design of antenna automatic alignment control system is elaborated; Finally laboratory experiments and field trials on the system are implemented. The test results show that the system implements the basic function of microwave antenna automatic alignment.
