Main contents:1detailed study of contraposition platform driving mechanism, electric grinding,obtains the best alignment mechanism; 2detailed studies of film contraposition target image recognition and processing,to obtain the best image processing algorithm;3studied counterpoint and aligning mechanism for aligning platform to control theentire process, get the best alignment algorithm;In4studies exposure machine board process, write the best PLC process controlprocedure;In5studies the customer required equipment historical data, fault information,prepare to meet customer needs comprehensive human interface program.
