Youth is the future hope and foundation of a nation and a race So for the development of a nation and a race, the educational standard and mental understanding level of the youth must be high enough.For our nation also, since from the recognition of dignity and esteem regard of youth, we specially published the news paper of Kanggyan Nachung Tsekper for the youngesters. It is forsure that this news paper provides helps and improvement in the thier educational standard and understanding of life. Inorder to make it more populare and progressive in this competative modern society its efficiency in publication should be an effective one.The potential of progress and long lasting of this news paper is also quit high. Therefore from my side also I do regard the publication of this news paper is important and I did analyse about it.This article consist of four chapters. The first chapter is all about the origin and the publication of this news paper.The second one is about publication,process of publication and the number of publication per year. Third chapter is on the things related to this news paper and the different localities of tibet in this areas.The last fourth chapter is about methods of publication of this news paper.
