Sw Securities Research Institute Report Was Released To The Design And Realization Of The Platform

Content Manage has become a very important subject in application software researching. Now, many software companies are engaged in developing of Content Manage System in the world. But CMS research and products in our country are in a very low level. Although these products are good at nonformatted data managing, they only support direct-to-web applications. There is not any product supporting multiple publish channels and self-monitoring, especially meeting the requirements of Security Research & Consulting Firms, in China. To supply the gap, we started the project called 'SYWG Research & Consulting Report Publish System', whose shortened form is 'Swyf RPS'. The author has participated in architecture designing and taken charge in the developing of two important modules, Report for Bloomberg Synchronize Subsystem and Infosys Monitor and Alerting Subsystem.This paper analyzes the concept of Enterprise Content Manage first, and compares the disadvantages of related products internal and overseas. This paper analyzes the requirements of this report publish system, which supports multiple publish channels, multiple customer authorizations, multiple languages, multiple file formats, self monitoring and alerting and meets the requirements of Security Research & Consulting Firms. After that, this paper proposes an overroll solution of Swyf RPS. Especailly, two features amang them, one is multiple publish channels, the other is self monitoring and alerting, are discussed in detail.In an environment of multiple publish channels, It is difficult to maintain the data consistency between source and target report base when publishing, withdrawing reports. At this point, author presents the way to keep data consistency between different data sources via giveing an example of synchronizing reports to Bloomberg platform. In infosys monitor and alerting section, author analyzes the monitor requirement of different publish subsystem. Then presents an overall solution and describes the main process flow and implementation with UML. Because of its good architecture, this subsystem can be extended easily.At last, the paper summarizes the features and shortages of the whole system, declares the future direction of system's development.
