Research On Cognitive Mode Of Public Opinion In Emergency Network Based On Brain Psychology

In recent years, emergency happened frequently both in China and worldwide, such as coal mine accidents, fire accidents, food safety incidents, etc., which called widespread concern in the community, and as a consequence caused very serious results. Because it is highly suddenly, coincidently and uncertainly, emergency usually results in more serious consequences and losses. So it is necessary to make in-depth study of emergency.With the rapid development of information technology, large amounts of information spread quickly and greatly through the network, which result in the formation of internet public opinion. Especially for emergencies, once they are reported by online media or Internet users, great concern will be caused in very short period. These relevant reports will be reproduced repeatedly and rapidly spread to form internet public opinion of emergency. On one hand, internet public opinion of emergency reflects public’s attitude and opinion toward emergency; while on the other hand, it will in turn affect the development of emergency and the follow-up relief. So if the government cannot master the development trend of internet public opinion toward emergency timely and accurately, make effort to understand the ideas of internet users, and make appropriate guidance, it will result in very serious consequence and evolve to another new emergency.Therefore, internet public opinion of emergency has become a new research focus in emergency management field in recent years, which calls up great interest of academic, social and the government. Our country’s research on internet public opinion of emergency is still in the initial stage. Most of today’s researches are in the perspective of emergent management toward internet public opinion monitoring, warning, and guiding policy establishment.This paper studies internet public opinion of emergency from the perspective of brain psychology mechanism, in order to find individual’s psychological processing and emotional reaction process toward "internet public opinion of emergency". By analyzing the brain physiological activities, we get the psychological processing process and emotional information processing mechanism, thus propose individual’s cognitive mode of internet public opinion of emergency. The focus of this paper is to find the internal connection and interactive mechanism of individual’s physiological, psychological activities and emotion representations. And one the basis of these finding results, suggestions are made to more efficiently and accurately manage and guide public’s understanding and attitude toward emergencies, to guarantee society stable.
