Study On The Evolution Of Internet Public Opinion Of Unconventional Emergency

Unconventional emergency directly relate to the public interests. In the wholedevelopment process of unconventional emergency, the coverage of media, the attitude andview of netizens which derived from a unconventional emergency are quick formation、development and attenuation. The internet public opinions of unconventional emergency ispresenting the characteristics of being uncertain, complex and fluctuant which make itdifficult for the public awareness and government guidance of the public opinions.At present, there is few study on the evolution of the internet public opinion ofunconventional emergency, but it can provide theoretical basis for relevant authority toanalyse、intervene and guide the internet public opinion of unconventional emergency.Therefore, this article take the public opinion of unconventional emergency as the researchobject, the main research content as following:(1) The research status of internet public opinion and the internet public opinion ofunconventional emergency is summarized; the theory and technology needed in this paperare briefly introduced.(2) On the basis of previous studies, by using the theory of life cycle, the process ofthe internet public opinion of unconventional emergency is divided into the formationstage、the development stage、the peak stage and the attenuation stage in the paper, theforming cause and forming path are analyzed deeply, the elements and the behavior androle of them involved in the evolution of the internet public opinion are also analyzeddeeply.(3) On the basis of the information gathering of many unconventional emergencies, thetopic of internet public opinion are classified and the emotion of netizen is analysed.Studied the topic evolution rule of unconventional emergency、emotional evolution rule ofnetizens and the relationship between them for the first time.(4) On the basis of the above study, the internet public opinion of7/23serious railwayaccident of Wen Zhou line is analysed, the evolution process of the internet publicopinion are divided, the propagation path and propagation situation are analysed, topicevolution rule and emotional evolution rule are summarized, all of these verify the studyconclusions of the paper.
