| At the age of the information society, the archive is no longer a feudal information belonged to government and the public begin to use archives frequently. With the help of the service concept and government information publicity, awareness among the publicof archives wakes up. As information technology developments, the service ways and models of archive are no longer constrained by physical situation. With network and mobile communications equipment widely used, the service optimization of archives information get more opportunity.This paper analyzes the present situation of archives information service, and through the analysis of the feasibility of archives information service optimization, we need to take measures to solves the problems that may exist and pay attention to the details. First of all, this paper focuses on some content of information service and optimization from the basic theory research. Then the paper uses the game theory to explore the feasibility of archives information service optimization. Secondly, the paper statesthe situation and problems at present according to the development of the policies and regulations, service means and service models at present. Finally the paper elaborates the countermeasures to solve problems mentioned above based on archive information service optimization, meanwhile considering the protection of sensitive data mining, tacit knowledge,quality evaluation mechanism, encouraging mechanism and user feedback can’t be ignored. The purpose of this study is discussing service optimization countermeasures and providing better reference of theory and practice to actual files work. |
