| The propagation force of mainstream media, which is the core competence of mainstream media, includes the strength of mainstream media and the ability to gather information, report news and influence the society. It refers to not only audience coverage, but also the ability to guide public opinion.Since we media appears, it has become an important force in the news transmission due to its advantages, such as a large population of users, promptness and interaction. We have entered into our media times when everyone has become a journalist with a microphone. We media has a great impact on the propagation force of mainstream media, such as fewer target audience, more difficulty of guiding public opinion. The disorder of media environment and social responsibility require the mainstream media to enhance its communication ability. This paper discusses strategies to improve the propagation force of mainstream media from aspects of fully using the platform of new media while breaking media forms, establishing the philosophy of "audience is the customer", transmitting quality news, increasing the training of media personnel. |
