The development of new media is breaking through,subverting the original media public opinion ecology and media pattern.The mainstream status of traditional mainstream media has been hit by an unprecedented impact.They have begun to seek transformation and export,and vigorously develop new media.Under the complex all-media ecology,the extensive management mode under the single-media form can no longer meet the needs of the development of the all-media format,and a series of problems such as waste of resources and inefficiency are becoming more and more prominent.Put it on the agenda.This article is supported by the theoretical framework of enterprise intensification,mainly using case analysis and interdisciplinary interdisciplinary research methods to study the methods and paths of traditional mainstream media intensive management under the all-media format.In the introduction,it mainly introduces the research background,research value,research methods,research difficulties and innovations related to traditional mainstream media,and finds out the current extensive problems of traditional mainstream media management by combing the literature.The first chapter mainly elaborated on the theoretical basis of this article,the intensive theory,and combed the relationship between management and management.The second chapter mainly studies the current situation of extensive operation and management of traditional mainstream media,and finds that the cause of extensive operation of traditional mainstream media is mainly due to unreasonable business models and insufficient awareness of operation and management,and summarizes the consequences of long-term extensive operation and management..The third chapter mainly introduces the transformation of traditional mainstream media to new mainstream media,and analyzes the influencing factors of the whole media ecology.Chapter 4 combs the path of intensive operation of traditional mainstream media,and proposes to focus on structural optimization to form a three-dimensional communication model;build an integrated production platform to improve operating efficiency;innovate profit models and other path methods by transforming business concepts.The fifth chapter mainly studies the path of intensivemanagement of traditional mainstream media.People-oriented,build a centralized and coordinated management system to break down institutional barriers;focus on people-oriented,build incentive mechanisms to fully mobilize employee enthusiasm;user-centric,around user needs Management and service measures.The last part of this article is a summary and outlook.It mainly summarizes the research conclusions of this article and points out the shortcomings of the current research,and clarifies the direction and focus of the future research.Through research,it is found that there are relatively few systematic studies on the management of traditional mainstream media,and most of the studies have failed to jump out of the original academic background,and the academic horizon is relatively limited.Management is an important aspect that affects the construction of new mainstream media.The general path of intensive operation and management can be targeted to solve the problems caused by the extensiveness,and provide guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of traditional mainstream media to new mainstream media.It is worth noting that media intensive management and management is a dynamic process,which requires not only the unremitting efforts of traditional mainstream media institutions themselves,but also the support of multiple parties.National policy and institutional support and guarantee are also particularly important.
