Design And Implementation Of A Project Management System Of A Power Supply Company Based On SSM Framework

The Power Generation Branch of Sichuan Minjiang Power Supply Co.,Ltd of the State Grid(hereafter referred to as the PG Branch),manages the safe operation of five hydropower stations as a whole.In daily work,there are a large number of infrastructure projects for water conservancy(hereinafter referred to as the Projects)to be implemented.At present,the project management of the State Grid is more and more demanding on the progress and quality,and the project management is becoming more and more standardized.The management data generated at all stages of the project is becoming more and more complicated,and more and more paper materials need to be left behind,thus demanding higher requirements for the project management of the PG Branch.There are a large number of small and medium-sized projects need to be implemented in each year,but the project management model in PG Branch still uses paper-recorded way to record project information about the project establishment,bidding,supervision,audit,filing and so on,resulting in the confusion of data storage at all stages of project,easy to lose,this model makes the PG Branch of the project management inefficient and prone to making mistakes.The development of project management software will promote the project management mode to information technology and improve the efficiency of project management of the PG Branch,thus can provide strong support for project management of the PG Branch.Therefore,it is of great significance for the PG Branch of the Sichuan Minjiang Power Supply Co.,Ltd.of the State Grid to establish the project management information system.(1)To solve the problems involved in the project management of the PG Branch,we designed and developed the project manage software based on the SSM framework and the MySQL database.Firstly,on the basis of the preliminary research,after analyzing the current situation of the Projects management of the PG Branch,the feasibility,functional requirements and performance requirements of the project are analyzed in detail,then the architecture,functional components and database of the software system are described and explained in detail,and the code implementation of the system is finally completed,and the the various functional modules of the system is tested.(2)This project is based on the actual business process of the PG Branch of Sichuan Minjiang Power Supply Co.,Ltd of the State Grid to analyze and construct the system's use case and data modelling.Combined with the actual workflow of the PG Branch to design the flowchart of the functional module.(3)The system was developed based on the composite framework of Spring,Spring MVC and MyBatis.In code implementation,the Easy UI,jQuery,Ajax,interface-oriented programming and other technologies involved have been adopted.Finally relevant functional tests have been performed.At present,the main module functions of this system have been perfected,which can improve the project management efficiency of the PG Branch of Sichuan Minjiang Power Supply Co.,Ltd.of the State Grid,and fully meet the actual needs of the PG Branch.
