Process Innovation Strategy And Research Based On The MBO Management

Manufacturing is the basis for the development of our country’s economy growing, but now the level of our country’s manufacturing is low, the lack of high technology content and high value-added manufacturing process, leading to China’s manufacturing industry has always been at the manufacturing stage, not at the creating stage. So we need to try to develop our country’s process innovation ability make it contribute to the development of the manufacturing industry in our country.Based on the summarization of the research and analysis of process innovation, ai ming at the deficiency existing in process innovation research, the theory and method of the invention principles problem solving(TRIZ) and Management by Objective is i ntroduced into the process of process innovation, a kind of according to different proc ess goal of process innovation strategy is presented. Specific ideas is that objective m anagement theory is used in the goal setting of process innovation, using target decom position of the Management by Objective to Decompose process goals into the whole process, through the analysis of the target of each craft link, the type of process prob lems is determined, then different strategies of process innovation are applied to car ry out process innovation so that we can achieve the goal of process innovation. Th us an effective strategy for process innovation is provided.Introduced in this paper, first of all, Management by Objective, process innovation and invention problem solving principle(TRIZ) and other basic theoretical knowledge, and then under the condition of the Management by Objective, the target of process innovation is set, under the condition of the Management by Objective,the process goal setting model is set up and under different conditions different strategies of goal setting are put forward. Finally, According to different process objects, process innovation strategy model are founded. At the end of this article, through process innovation strategy the construction craft of mechanical erector is analyzed and improved, the feasibility of the process innovation method is validated.
