| In the era of knowledge economy,product innovation is the basic guarantee for the enterprises to improve their market competitiveness.To improve the innovation efficiency of enterprise products,engineers need to use appropriate methods and tools to solve practical engineering problems when innovating.Combining with the innovation methods and tools can make engineering problems more quickly and efficiently solved.Therefore the systematic innovation process has become a research focus in the current innovation methods especially in the innovation method based on TRIZ theory.In this paper,in order to solve the existing drawbacks when the current systematic innovation process applied in enterprise engineering problems,this thesis study of the systematic innovation process based on TRIZ in depth,and the connotation and characteristics of incremental innovation,radical innovation and disruptive innovation,combined the features in different stages of product life cycle and product whole life cycle management,and proposes a systematic innovation process oriented to enterprise products.This study mainly focused on this systematic innovation process.The main contents include the following aspeces:1.According to the classification of the innovation methods,this paper study the basic concepts and the conditions of each innovation methods,and determine their main features,occurrence conditions and representation forms.2.On this basis,combine the existing systematic innovation process with different methods of innovation.According to the connection between innovative methods and innovation analysis tools,put forward the systematic innovation process based on innovation methods,and expand the refined innovation process.On the basis of different stages of product life cycle and product whole life cycle management,transform the engineering practical problem into a TRIZ problem,and classify the engineering practical problems,in order to choose the most appropriate systematic innovation process to solve the problem.Then combine the three kinds of systematic innovation process and problem categories with software development tools VS2010 to achieve a new software oriented a multi-class innovation that based on systematic innovation process.3.This paper simply introduces the structure and function of the software,utilizing the theory of above research to use the systematic innovation process of the manual dispensing machine as an example to verify the correctness,scientific and practicality of conclusions from above research. |
