Selects and calculates the power systems and hydraulic drive systems fitted with fiber synchronous chip sealer, simulation tests the hydraulic system, design hardware and software of vehicle control system on fiber synchronous chip sealer, finally, give the operating performance test, the test results show: this spray(spreading) equipment is able to complete “one layer of asphalt + one layer of fiber + one layer of asphalt + one layer of gravel” four layers through synchronous spraying(spreading), follow the vehicle speed changes, the equipment can automatically control the amount of asphalt spray, volume of fiber spreading and amount of gravel spreading, the precision and uniformity of construction can meet the quality requirements.
