The Design Of Fiber Spraying System In Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment

The technology of synchronous pavement surface dressing with glass fiber is a new process for pavement maintenance,rising on the basis of the former technology without fiber. The process requires synchronous pavement surface dressing equipment to spray the modified emulsified asphalt, fiber, modified emulsified asphalt and gravel successively at the same time. At present, fiber synchronous pavement surface dressing equipment is still at a preliminary stage in the market of our country,and fiber spraying system is one of its key technologies.In order to realize the control of making asphalt, gravel and fiber to spray simultaneously and the weight of the fibers released,the thesis is a part of the project on the exploitation of synchronous pavement surface dressing equipment and has the research of the fiber spraying system on the basis of the in-use equipment.Compared with those typical fiber cutting programs,we choose the roller type as the means of fiber cutting to synchronous pavement surface dressing equipment.To establish the mathematical model of fiber cutting with blade,and also had detailed design for the cutting mechanism and the parameters during the cutting process.On the basis of the hydraulic system on the existing synchronous pavement surface dressing equipment,devises the hydraulic driving circuit,thus achieving the variable speed driving for fiber cutting mechanism.And then devises the fiber spraying control system,achieving precise control of the amount of fiber spraying under the changing of train speed and control with asphalt spraying synchronously.The design of the pneumatic circuit can realize the on-off control to the cutting mechanism according to the construction requirements,so to complete the spreading width adjustment.The method of controlled trials has been adopted to the test and research for the amount,vertical uniformity and transverse uniformity of the fiber spraying.The accuracy of the system design of the fiber spray has been confirmed to.
