Synchronous jack-up liftin hydraulic system is the core of the sync jack-up technique equipment actuators, adopt the technology on the building such as bridge can not damage the original structure of the jack-up or horizontally moving, this method is compared with the traditional way of blasting demolition, economic environmental protection, no pollution, high efficiency, short traffic time, and many other advantages. Our country present stage caused by a lack of core technology experience in design and use of immature and the limitation of cost of equipment, the use of synchronous jack-up for building such as bridge jack-up operations or equipment and technology research in the process of translation methods in their own way a variety of levels. Sync jack-up technique equipment and technology in China in order to promote the research and development, improve the limitations of technology application conditions and generality, in this article, through analysis of combing the characteristics of the related technology at home and abroad, the design of the hydraulic control system of hydraulic sync jack-up equipment, established the model of hydraulic system, and through the hydraulic simulation software AMESim about local simulation jack-up research was conducted on the hydraulic structure, the hydraulic unit carries on the part of the top of the key parameters. This topic main research content is as follows:(1) After at home and abroad were consulting analyzed more than about the hydraulic cylinder synchronous jack-up system equipment development present situation and development trend at home and abroad, the research background and meaning of the project is studied and the hydraulic sync jack-up technique application situation at home and abroad and its typical multiple successful application cases of stage of development, through in-depth understanding on the factors affecting synchronous jack-up system synchronization performance and technical characteristics.(2) Study design a high performance industrial computer as the core control platform,using the Siemens PLC programmable controller to control, and the data after processing by manual configuration monitoring software interface of the operation, to control the hydraulic cylinder system, such as actuators for jack-up, configuration monitoring software for the software platform and sensor consisting of distributed control system of synchronous jack-up overall scheme, technical scheme of the hydraulic station, hydraulic circuit scheme, system network communication, etc.(3) Based on synchronous jack-up of hydraulic cylinder is used in the hydraulic station and hydraulic pressure control valve, the hydraulic system design and the theoretical calculation analysis, to gradually set up sync jack-up AMESim software set the simulation parameters of different hydraulic system simulation model, simulation of different stress state, the partial load conditions such as jack-up operation parameters, and analysis is given to prove the validity of the simulation model.(4) Using the Simulink of MATLAB simulation software package design of fuzzy PID controller, combining with AMESim and Simulink interface joint simulation model is set up,detailed simulation platform related parameters and setting method of the software interface on the joint simulation platform for hydraulic system of synchronous jack-up in different working conditions and algorithm simulation, and the way of work, this paper compares and analyzes the emulation result about the key work parameters, increase the strong reliability and precision of synchronization. Again through hardware and software debugging, the hydraulic jack-up system according to the results and effectiveness analysis of system performance, optimize and improve item by item, and to prepare for the jack-up engineering application of actual groundwork.(5) According to the technical scheme for hydraulic sync jack-up system components selection; Selection of the PLC hardware and programming; Selection of the upper machine system configuration monitoring software and design trend diagram, HMI interface and interface design, PC alarm and fault display design; The configuration software and PLC network communication between design, PLC system design communication method, etc.
