Currently, there are a considerable part of the market, large compaction machine dual winch system of lifting and lowering of the problem is not synchronized, resulting in synchronous operation can not hook pulley, there hook partial fall of the phenomenon, while hanging Hook partial fall a great impact on the life of pulleys and rope wear, may cause more severe hook can not free fall, affect efficiency.To solve these problems, Taking a certain type of business Hydraulic Crawler compaction machine model, combined with the construction characteristics of synchronous hydraulic lifting and non-synchronous decentralized both from the hydraulic synchronization control carried out its research. According to the working principle and characteristics of compaction machine hydraulic lifting system, hydraulic lifting system for compaction machine design and improvement. Based on AMESim system modeling and simulation software, synchronous hydraulic lifting system through improved post-simulation;According to the free-fall compaction machine synchronous decentralized working principle and characteristics, fuzzy PID control strategy to synchronize its decentralized control, and Matlab software simulation study model, and select the appropriate controller prototype implementation.Results of this study show that: in the hydraulic lifting system improved and the use of fuzzy PID control synchronous dual winch decentralized system synchronization effect is remarkable.So far,this method has been applied to a certain type of compaction machine,to achieve the synchronous control hydraulic double winch lifting and lowering, to meet the dual winch synchronous operation within the allowable error range.
