The road surface can be paved with seals and asphalt simultaneously by Synchronous Chip Seal Equipment, and then rolled in time, which is called Synchronous Chip Seal Technology. It can be used in broad fields in China, such as constructing highway, city road and rural road. The hydraulic system transfers power to every working device of the Synchronous Chip Seal Equipment, It has great influence on the performance of the machinery. In this thesis, the current status and developing trend of the hydraulic system of the equipment in both domestic and foreign areas are analyzed, several hydraulic drive systems are compared and a load-sensing system is put forward. Followed by the selection of main components, different working pressures of every circuit are set in the foundation of considering the factors such as system efficiency, cost and so on. And then the static characteristics of the hydraulic system are analyzed. At last, a dynamic simulation of the hydraulic drive system is carried out based on AMESim to get the results of the working properties of the hydraulic system, the results can provide references for the project application of the hydraulic system.
