| With batch production project of models as research background, this thesis introduces critical chain method based upon Critical Path Method/Program Evaluation and Review Technique(CPM/PERT) in order to solve the problems such as esource constraint, multitask, delivery of the delay and so on, which lead the rate of risk denfinitely increase. Firstly we have a deep research on the auto drawing method of network diagram and critical path method, and point out the lack of the critical path method. Secondly, we give a brief introduction of batch production project of models, including organization structure and work process, etc, and deeply analyze the actual problems existed in batch production, incuding the schedule issue,human behavioral factors and resource factor. In the fourth chapter we discuss the theoretical basis and basic idea for critical chain method, and build the model for critical chain method in batch production project. We focus on the identification of critical chain and buffer setting in some important aspect in batch production project. Compared with the traditional project schedule management, critical chain method we design has been significantly improved at time estimate and critical design. Finally, we draw the first Gantt chat by using Project software and the original batch production project schedule. And by estimating the time using the three time estimation method, and rounding the time and adding to critical chain we draw the second Gantt chart. And we draw the last Gantt chart when finding the critical chain and calculating and rounding the FB and PB value. Comparing the three Gantt charts, it has been practically proved that in the process of implementation the critical chain absorbs the uncertain factors through the management of buffer, so that the probability of the project rescheduling is reduced which makes the the schedule of the project more stable, and the requirements of the project resources is met which reduces the progress of the project risk. In addition, for the production project of multi-models this thesis proposes the use of an early warning mechanism by segmenting buffer management, and the method to solve multi-models production schedule conflict by inserting the cordon to control the progress of the project. |
