| During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,the State issued “Made-in-China 2025”,which advocates intelligent manufacturing and the construction of manufacturing innovation centers.As one of the ten key areas of development,automobiles must be based on the continuous development of information and digital technology to realize the intelligent transformation of the whole industry chain from the automobile company to the suppliers.Combining personal experience,this paper chooses automobile wiring harness as the research object,and wiring harness has always been an "indispensable" component of automobile.With the increasing of automobile optional function and customizability,the quantity of wiring harness part numbers by a car has gradually evolved from tens to thousands.At the same time,the vehicle development cycle has been shortened from about five years to two years,which makes the existing process design capabilities of most wire harness makers unable to meet the actual needs.Based on this background,this paper introduces the significance of process improvement of automobile wiring harness,summarizes the current situation of process improvement of automobile wiring harness at home and abroad,and through the analysis of design input,design rules&methods preservation,designer division of labor,designer’s ability and design output at company H’s existing automobile wiring harness process planning,then find the the problems.And aiming at the existing problems,the improvement measures of wiring harness process planning are put forward by integrating digital technology.Finally,the improved process planning is applied to a real project-S1,and the completion cycle and accuracy are compared between the existing process planning and the improved process planning,which proves that the improved process plannning of automobile wiring harness can effectively shorten the design cycle and improve the quality of process design. |
