Automotive wiring harness is an important part of connecting power,switches,electrical and electronic equipment,known as the nerves of the car,the main body of the car circuit.The design and manufacturing quality of the automobile harness is related to the realization of the product quality characteristic of the automobile wire harness and the safety of the customer's life and property.So the correct and effective wiring harness design and good manufacturing process is an important guarantee to achieve vehicle safety performance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Automobile electrical system analysis and design,according to customer pre-design requirements,enterprise standards,vehicle configuration table,the standard model analysis,vehicle electrical system functions,electrical load,electrical parts of the state,installation location,wiring harness and electrical parts docking The form of such requirements.According to the function of electrical parts,calculate and select the fuse,relay and design power distribution;according to the unit circuit table to draw the vehicle electrical schematic diagram and the circuit diagram,according to the electrical capacity of the fuse to determine the fuse;According to the electrical schematic diagram of each electrical subsystem and the circuit power and the distribution point.2.Car wiring harness system analysis and design,according to the electrical load function and the working environment,to layout the wiring harness to use;use CATIA software and midline CAD software to draw three-dimensional wiring harness layout and two-dimensional wiring harness drawings;To determine the cable,buckle and other fixed parts and outer bandaged material.3.Harness production process design,based on two-dimensional wiring harness product drawings,in the process of production of wire harness related process files.Taking into account the design requirements of the car and the possible problems in the production process of the wiring harness,the technical team is rigorously reviewed and the production process of the harness is prepared and the process card is developed to guide the production of the operator.And after several trial and verification to confirm the process design parameters and process methods are in line with the requirements.According to the design of the car wiring harness and manufacturing process design concept produced by the wiring harness in a model has been a better application.Production of products have been recognized by customers,has been put into mass production.
