| Automatic wiring harness library is one of the core units of wiring harness automatic wiring system.Because of a wide variety of wiring harnesses and complex lines,automatic wiring instead of manual wiring is the trend of large equipment manufacturing industry.The automatic wiring library is used to complete the storage and transformation of wiring harness in the wiring process of automatic wiring system.Therefore,the design and implementation of automated line library is an important topic in wiring harness automatic wiring system.The storage capacity of automatic line library,the efficiency of wiring harness and the smoothness of wiring harness directly affect the efficiency and quality of the whole wiring.This project is designed for the motion characteristics of wire harness library.The main contents are as follows: The overall scheme of automatic wire harness library is designed,and the automatic wiring harness library is modularized and modularized,and the three-dimensional model of the wire harness library is set up to analyze and design each unit.The design of the intermittent mechanism of the transmission unit is carried out to calculate and analyze the problem that the traditional slotting mechanism can not lock itself under the single pin and large turn ratio.A new improvement scheme of the slot wheel is proposed and the feasibility of the improved groove wheel mechanism is demonstrated through the simulation analysis.At the same time,we use helical angle of helical gear to design gear de clearance for gear reducer.S Simulation analysis of drive unit and key structure is carried out.The control system of line library is analyzed in detail,and PLC is used as the main control unit to complete the design of control unit. |
