| Modern construction projects have large-scale, large investment, open and varied features, intelligent and energy saving requirements in construction industry continue to increase, this brings serious challenges to the survival of construction enterprises. How to strengthen the risk management of construction engineering project, effectively evaluate the risk of project cost in construction project, its scientific and effective control of cost risk, and particularly important to minimize the investment and maximize the economic benefits.Firstly, the domestic and foreign research status of the project cost of construction project were summarized and summarized, the research content and framework and research methods of this paper were briefly introduced; the level of project risk management, procedure and structure were analyzed, and 3 common models of risk calculation were summarized.Secondly, according to the engineering project of Four Team Integrated office building, the general situation of this project was introduced, the risk factors in the project construction were analyzed, under the principle and method of evaluation index system, a set of risk index system of engineering cost with 18 factors was constructed.Thirdly, in the above proposed risk indicator system, the information entropy theory is introduced to reduce the error of subjective evaluation, combine it with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to construction a cost risk assessment model on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight, than through the experts on the four teams of geological comprehensive office building project score statistics, to quantitative assessment of its risk status and draw some valid conclusions.Finally, in the construction phase of the project of the four team integrated office building, standardize the process of its control process,and put forward measures to deal with the risk control of engineering cost. |
