Model Board Trolley is a non-standard large mechanical equipment used for secondary lining in the tunnel construction, its main structure is a combination of steel plate and girder.It is widely used in the civil engineering for railway,highway,hydropower and urban subway construction.The designers draw the two-dimensional drawings of the Model Board Trolley directly over the past experience,so it’s lack of the necessary structural cheek.By the study of the9m trolley of Xiang-Gui high-speed rail Liujiachong tunnel, first we use the SolidWorks to create three-dimensional model, the model gives the reference for the designers and also it gives a lot of convenience for the company in the bidding.Calculate the buoyant of the trolley, divided into various working conditions by the size of the buoyant and the support situation of th trolley, define the loads of each situation according to the standards, using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to do the static structural analysis, then find the default of the trolley and propose the effective modifications of the trolley or redefine the working conditions to make the structure fit for the design requirements.Then do the modal analysis to get the natural frequency and corresponding modes of the trolley so we can provide the damping parameter for the later dynamic analysis. Introduce the types of the vibrators of the concrete, choose the right internal vibrators for the trolley according to the structure and vibration parameters, at the same time define the layout and the parameters of the attached vibrators, through the deformation and stress of the dynamic analysis and the displacement of the model key points to choose the proper attached vibrators for the trolley, throught all of this we can provided a sentific method to calculate the attached vibrators used in concrete vibration.The static and dynamic characteristics of the trolley are researched through the case of Xiang-Gui railway, which provide some valuable references for the design and application of the trolley.
