With the continuous progress of the high speed development of economy and the process of urbanization,traffic pressure increases,highway,railway and municipal construction and other fields have been developed rapidly,so the number of construction of the tunnel and underground engineering structures is huge.Tunnel structure,as the most basic underground project,is very important for the safety of the tunnel.Tunnel excavation construction process and its complex,in the construction of the surrounding rock stability and stress,construction technology is the choice of the need to study the subject.The access to a large number of documents based on,expounds the basic principles and application scope of the method of tunnel construction,simulation of tunnel and underground engineering structure are summarized.The simplified design model and finite element analysis of the basic steps,and analyzes and studies the achievement and method of tunnel and underground engineering construction process simulation in ANSYS.And combined with the practical problems in engineering,tunnel structure model is established in the ANSYS finite element software,to simulate the tunnel surrounding rock and supporting structure interaction,and tunnel secondary lining structure of the simulation analysis,the displacement of surrounding rock and the node load internal force of lining structure,in accordance with the calculation results of the stability of surrounding rock and safety make evaluation.In addition to the simulation of tunnel lining structure.This paper also on the basis of a City Subway No.1 line tunnel engineering,relying on the engineering example of excavation method in the construction of the subway tunnel excavation process was simulated,the excavation of tunnel and soil by ANSYS command cycle to achieve the daily volume of excavation,and after the excavation of rock surface displacement and equivalent stress,through the analysis of the results to judge the tunnel excavation on the surrounding rock stability of the effect and the safety of the structure,and according to the finite element simulation analysis to select more reasonable physical parameters,make the design more perfect.At last,the tunnel construction process monitoring technology is used to collect the various deformation quantities under the condition of tunnel complex stratum,and the stability of the tunnel lining structure is evaluated by monitoring and analysis of the displacement of Shawan highway tunnel in Shawan Town,Dangchang County,Gansu Province As well as to determine the time of the secondary lining,and similar geological conditions of the tunnel construction play a guiding role.
