Social development is changing rapidly and the demand for energy supply industries continues to improve. The power supply company’s logistics management system is relatively conservative. The purchase cost of power company is relatively high and it has a great impact on the effectiveness of power companies.In this thesis, the logistics distribution status and the deficiencies of power company have been studied. On the basis of the analysis, put forward the solution of logistics deployment of integrated management suitable for the electric power company. The solutions presented in this paper combines with material vehicle positioning, three-dimensional warehouse simulation, digital sand table, emergency command management, complaints management process and material allocation management. It draws on the data mining technology, GIS (Geographical Information System) technology, data warehouse technology, three dimensional virtual reality technology and workflow technology. As an efficient material distribution system, it can effectively improve materials management level of modern information and greatly reduce operating costs for electric power enterprises. It can provide the material allocation work allocation management, information support and decision of quality service for power supply company. |
