The quality of construction works is an eternal theme. Construction materials testing and engineering structural assurance testing is an important link and prerequisite in the system of ensuring the quality of construction work. Along with the country's economic development and social progress, the daily work and management tools of material test enterprises set higher demands. How to enhance their core competitiveness and how to accelerate the modernization of enterprise management process have become study and exploration of the hot in construction testing industry.This paper analysis daily workflow of testing enterprises and new requirements raising by development of industry for testing enterprises. On this basis, based on the network technology research and development "construction materials testing management information system based on Web technology" of application software (JCJCMIS).On the basis of the detailed analysis and research on enterprises' demand,the system(JCJCMIS) use Java language, SQL2000 database and J2EE development platforms for development. The system architecture is used B/S structure, the structure of such a system is very suitable for building materials testing management information system requirements and the system is more stable. In addition, users can operate very convenient only by browser without the installation of other software-in customers.The construction materials testing management information system based on Web technology is mainly composed of commissioned officer system, testing system, manager system and Technical head system. The testing results judged by an independent, expert system embedded in the overall management system, managers can facilitate, independently updated knowledge base. Compared with the previous construction materials testing management information system, the system is more secure, stable, convenient and can be expanded more.I expect it can play role to informationization of the building materials testing enterprises in our contry.
