As a supplement of CAN bus, LIN bus has been widely used in the vehicle body network control with the advantages of simple method and low cost. In the automotive industry, power window has become a standard configuration, and the current market commonly used techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages, the quality is uneven. In this paper, Freescale MC9S08SG16 and SG08 chip respectively as micro controller for the main gate and vice gate node, based on Lin communication network and door recognition technology to design and develop the control system hardware circuit and software algorithm of power window. Firstly, this article carried on the detailed analysis and research to LIN bus agreement, analyzes its packet transmission mechanism and the realization method of LIN API, develop the LIN protocol message content; and then, considering the cost and performance factors of the main control chip selection; design the hardware circuit of the control system; on this basis, the key technology such as wall of the door to identify and motor locked rotor protection has carried out in-depth study; in the CodeWarrior compiler environment, using the modular approach to programming software of control algorithm, completed the design of control system based on LIN Bus Technology in power windows. Then use MATLAB/Simulink to model the design of the control system simulation, and using Target-Link software for automatic code generation model. According to the actual production process in product testing process is complex, the drawbacks of complicated operation, this paper designed and developed the four door power window controller test platform, the platform of the liquid crystal system can real-time display the rise and fall of electric Windows, locked rotor current and environmental temperature etc. parameters.
