Linear Switched Reluctance Motor(Linear Switched Reluctance Motor)is a motor with linear motion drive ability.LSRM inherits the advantages of energy efficiency of LSRM and has superior performance compared to other motors.At the same time,because of its strong controllability,high efficiency and low production cost and other outstanding advantages,LSRM has a very broad market prospect.Linear motors have the unique advantage of linear operation,so that they have achieved a wide range of applications and attention in many fields such as defense equipment and industrial production.In order to further broaden the application range of linear switched reluctance motor and make more effective use of the advantages of linear switched reluctance motor body,this thesis introduces linear switched reluctance motor into the application of automatic sliding door drive control system.In order to meet the working performance requirements of the automatic sliding door,a suitable motor body structure was selected and a suitable control strategy was formulated.With digital signal processing as the core,the controller hardware circuit and software control program are designed to realize the automatic sliding door drive control system based on LSRM.This thesis first introduces the basic working principle of LSRM,and derives the basic formula and motion equation of the linear model of the motor,and establishes the nonlinear model of the LSRM motor through finite element simulation.Secondly,the position control method of linear switched reluctance motor is studied,and several basic control methods and applicable scenarios of LSRM reluctance motor are analyzed,and after understanding the fuzzy control algorithm,an LSRM three-loop control strategy based on fuzzy PI control and current chopping control is proposed.Thirdly,with GD32f303rct6 single-chip microcomputer as the control core,the hardware circuit of the controller is designed for the automatic sliding door drive control system,and the software program design,writing and debugging of the drive control system is designed and realized in a modular manner.Finally,the designed automatic sliding door control system is experimented to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
