| At present,with the promotion of ’INDUSTRIE 4.0 strategy’ and ’made in China 2025’,Transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing has been in full swing.With the rapid development of process of intelligence in all walks of life,part of the casting fins are still hand-polished.This paper studies the automatic identification and automatic removal of the pump body contour fins in mass production,the appearance of the pump body casting does not require finishing,just a simple smoothing processed.However,the transformation of intelligent processing for the casting fins is slow,the reason is that this kind of products are generally produced in large quantities and the same batch of castings have various styles,It is difficult to make a set of automation equipment which is similar to the standard parts for the removal of casting fins.Machine vision appeared in the 60s of last century,after decades of development,With the development of microprocessor and semiconductor technology,it has brought profound changes to the traditional industry and improved the degree of automation production.So that the mass production and continuous production has become a reality,significantly improve the production efficiency and product accuracy.The research of this paper is automatic recognition for the casting fins and automatic generation the removal program based on machine vision.The research is based on the FUNAC Oi M CNC system and the machine vision technology as the foundation,and pump as the research object.The purpose of this paper is to automatically removal of casting fins and automatically generate the G code,and then the NC milling machine invoke the code to cut off the casting fins.Only to identify the casting fins’ area for processing,so the removal efficiency is very high.The main content of this paper is as follows:1.Select the appropriate hardware(such as cameras,lenses,light,etc.),establish a reasonable lighting program,complete the image acquisition,and build experimental testing platform.2.Halcon was used as the image processing tool and the improved differential image algorithm is used to extract the casting fins and the relevant information of the processing linewas obtained by processing the casting fins area,which provided the data support for the C#conversion G code.3.Using C#as the secondary development platform,according to the processing strategy and the data derived from Halcon generates the G code,and designs the debugging interface and working interface of the system.4.The G code(Fanuc 0iM system)is simulated by SWCNC software.This paper presents a set of automatic generation and recognition system for casting flying edge recognition is established based on PC.a new automatic solution for casting flying edge removal is proposed.After the simulation verification the solution is feasible and laid the foundation for the future application. |
