With the number of cars and the role it plays in the daily lives of the people and transportation is growing,the safety of the car is also increasingly important.As one of the earliest development of automobile active safety system,Anti-lock braking system has been enhancing the driving safety performance of the vehicle to a great extent.Besides,after years of development,the technology has developed to a high level in foreign countries.However,compared with the products from foreign countries the control effect of domestic products is still bad.The reason is that the control strategy is still not well established.With the rapid expansion of the domestic market,the control effect of domestic products is urgently needed to improve.In this paper,an important purpose of the content is to develop a platform for developing strategy effectively,and then based on this platform to complete the control strategy development.The first thing is to develop a braking controller that supports automatic code generation,in order to meet the versatility of the platform,we selects the hardware platform of MPC5675 K,and selects the 122 pin external connector.The automatic code generation technology in this paper can generate all the code include low-level drive code,so we need to encapsulate the low-level drive code that we need of MPC5675 K in the Simulink model library,we can configure the low-level drive by graphical language directly without knowing the low-level drive code well when we develop the upper control algorithm.Then we can download the code generated by the Matlab module RTW into the controller.This method can both improve the efficiency of strategy development greatly and establish a highly efficient platform for developing many kind of strategy.After the platform completed,this paper analysis the key technology of ABS control combined the ABS control principal and the work the Lab had done,improved the algorithm of wheel speed idendification and speed estimation to ensure the precision and real-time of wheel speed identification whether the speed is high or low.Established the control strategy for the linear braking of the vehicle on the uniform road surface,the joint road and the bisectional road.This paper focuses on the strategy development of vehicle braking at different gears,so that the vehicle can effectively compensate the lag caused by the engine and the transmission system when the vehicle is braking at different gears,then built the whole ABS control strategy in Simulink.In this paper,the control strategy downloaded into the controller by the automatic code generation technology,and then connected to the HIL developed by the Lab.The vehicle model provided by Truck Sim,besides the actuator model has been accurately calibrated to ensure the accuracy of the simulation.Based on that,this paper selects four typical working conditions and representative evaluation index to test and evaluate the braking performance and braking stability by the comparison of products of domestic and international.Finally,the paper summarizes the content,and expected the future work of the paper can be done to make the resarch perfect.
