In order to improve the safety and maneuverability of the existing automatic revolving door control system,this paper has made some improvements to the existing control system.In the paper,the control system with PLC as the control core in the traditional automatic revolving door is abandoned,and STM32F013C8T6 is used as the control.The main body cooperates with the hardware circuit to realize the control of the brushless DC motor,which improves the flexibility of the system and reduces the cost.In this paper,a new anti-extrusion scheme is designed to improve the safety factor of the control system.The fuzzy PID control,rolling speed measurement method and PWM_ON waveform modulation method are used to improve the system operation stability,and the application of DC brushless motor in the automatic revolving door control system is realized.In this paper,according to the functional requirements of the automatic revolving door,the overall design of its control system is carried out,and the DC brushless motor is selected according to the mechanical structure of the automatic door.Subsequently,in view of the squeezing event that often occurs in the existing automatic revolving door,the control effect of the door with the human movement is detected by detecting the position of the pedestrian in the automatic doorcompartment and the traveling direction,thereby improving the safety of the automatic revolving door;When the DC motor is running,the rotation speed measurement is unstable and the torque ripple is used.The rolling speed measurement algorithm is used to improve the speed measurement accuracy.The PWM_ON waveform modulation method is used to reduce the motor torque ripple.The Simulink simulation model for the fuzzy PID control of the brushless DC motor is established.Find the best fuzzy control rules for the selected motor,and write a fuzzy PID controller program based on the above fuzzy rules to control the motor speed in order to enhance the response speed and stability of the control system.Finally,according to the function and safety requirements of the automatic revolving door,the corresponding hardware circuit is designed.The circuit includes an information processing unit circuit,a motor driving circuit,a current detecting circuit,a Hall signal reading circuit,a serial communication circuit and the like.This system mainly realizes various functional requirements put forward by the C language programming when designing the automatic revolving door.In the test process,the PID controller is parameterized using the Z-N method,and the effect of the optimization scheme proposed in the paper is tested.The test results show that the multi-node infrared sensor can judge the position and direction of the pedestrian well,which can fundamentally eliminate the occurrence of the squeezing event.The rolling speed measurement method can effectively improve the stability of the automatic revolving door speed measurement value;PWM_ON waveform The modulation method can effectively reduce the torque ripple;the fuzzy PID control has better control performance than the conventional PID.After testing,the performance of the system has reached the design requirements,and the optimization scheme can solve the engineering problems when the system is running.
